Whistleblower Policy

Ethics | Integrity | Transparency

What can be reported

  • Breach of company policies or code of conduct
  • Conflict of interest
  • Any unethical or illegal activity



Non-Retaliation Assurance

Roger strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith. Any act of retaliation will be treated as a serious violation of company policy.
